High Point Ventures specializes in providing seasonal labor to our outdoor industry clients. Positions include retail sales, office administration, IT, shipping & receiving and manufacturing. Our clients include retail shops, outfitters and manufacturers in the outdoor industry. We contract our staff out to our clients during their busy seasons; typically a team member will work for a summer related business from April through August and then move on to a winter business from October to February. Once we find a good fit and the client renews their contract, we can send team members to fill positions they have done the previous season.
